We can assess a piece of machinery and generate detailed part and assembly CAD drawings from which we can manufacture and replace with a new part, at a fraction of the cost of the original.
An instruction manual, operator’s manual and a BOM can also be produced if required.
In addition to this service CPS can take your older slower machines and refurbish them to enhance their performance through innovative mechanical design and the use of modern control systems.
Our refurbished machines are guaranteed to meet the latest and current safety standards for which they were never originally designed.
All worn parts are replaced and obsolete parts have modern equivalents designed into them. This can increase the life of the existing investment and at the same time increase production without the necessity for large capital investment.
